Memo Actions

memos recorded during an assignment are available from the Assignments page under the Memo Actions heading.

View Memos

1. Select the assignment containing the memos. Memos recorded during the selected assignment will appear under the "View Memos" table.
2. Select the memo from the View Memo table that you want to view more details for.
3. Click View Memo. A View Memo screen will appear with details about the memo.

Delete Memos

1. On the table view page for a data element, select the memo(s) you want to delete. Multiple Memos can be deleted by selecting more than one from the View memo table.
2. From the Memo Actions section, click Delete Selected Memo.

You are prompted to confirm this action.

Delete Selected Memos is disabled when the corresponding assignment is associated with an operator.

Purge Memos

Refer to the "Purge Data" section under System Configuration for information on how memos are purged from the system.
